Real Time Transmission

When you are sending a fax, the MFC will scan the documents into

the memory before sending. Then, as soon as the phone line is free,

the MFC will start dialling and sending.

If the memory becomes full, the MFC will send the document in real

time (even if Real Time TX is set to Off).

Sometimes, you may want to send an important document

immediately, without wa iting for memory transmission . You can set

Real Time TX to On for all documen ts or for the next fax only.

If you want to fax multiple pages from the scanner glass, Real Time

Transmission should be set to Off.

If it is not illuminated i n green, press (Fax).

Load your document.

For MFC-210C, press Menu/Set, 2, 2, 3.

For MFC-410CN, press Menu/Set, 2, 2, 5.

To change the default setting, press ▲ or ▼ to select On (or Off).

Press Menu/Set.

For the next fax transmission only, press ▲ or ▼ to select

Next Fax Only.

Press Menu/Set.

Press Menu/Set.

In Real Time Transmission , the redial feature does not work.

If you are sending a colour Fax, the MFC will send it in real time

(even if Real Time TX is set to Off).
