d Put the toner cartridge back into the drum unit until you hear it lock into place. If you put the cartridge properly, the green lock lever will lift automatically.

e If you could not pull the jammed paper out of the inside of the machine, take the paper tray completely out of the machine.

f Pull the jammed paper out of the paper tray opening.

Note

Pulling the jammed paper downward allows you to remove the paper easier.

g Put the paper tray back in the machine.
