BEFORE TAKING YOUR MACHINE IN FOR SERVICE

Basic sewing machine maintenance

Before calling for service, check the following items. If the problem still persists, contact the place of purchase or your nearest Brother dealer.

Trouble with threads and stitches

Upper thread breaks

Bobbin thread breaks

Skipped stitches

Fabric puckers

Upper threading is not correct.

Re-thread upper thread.
