■Windows XP/Server 2003 Add Printer Wizard

To install CAPT on a local computer using Windows XP/Server 2003, you can use the Add Printer Wizard.

The following is the installation procedure using a parallel port, under Windows XP/Server 2003.

To install the Canon iR1510-1670 printer driver to a USB port, perform the “Plug and Play” procedure.

1Log on as a member of Administrators. The full control access right for the printer is necessary for installation of CAPT.

2From the Start menu, select Printers and Faxes. The Printers and Faxes folder appears.

3Double-click the Add a Printer in Printer Tasks. The Add Printer Wizard dialog box appears. Click Next.
