Problems installing and removing software
See below if you were unable to install or remove the software.
Cannot install the software.
Problems printing from your computer
Cannot print at all.
Cannot print to a shared printer.
Printing stops in the middle.

Paper does not feed properly.
Paper curls.
Meaningless characters and symbols are printing.
White streaks appear on the printout.

Memory card is not recognized.

Cannot write to the memory card (write protect error displayed in Windows).
Removable disk does not appear in Windows Explorer.
Copying problems
Cannot make a copy (the document or paper will not feed into the machine).
Paper comes out but there is nothing copied on it.
Copy quality is poor.

Problems scanning to a computer
See below if you have problems scanning a document to your computer from the machine.
Cannot scan a document.
Computer has hung up or frozen.

The image you have scanned looks dirty.
White margins appear around the scanned image.
White lines appear on the left side of the image.
Cannot scan multiple photographs correctly.
Scanned image is displayed at a large (small) size on the computer screen.
Problems receiving faxes
See below if you are having problems receiving faxes on the machine.
Cannot receive a fax,cannot print a fax.

Cannot receive faxes automatically.
Machine does not switch automatically between voice and fax reception.
Quality of received fax is poor.
Cannot receive a fax in ECM mode.
Repeated errors occur when you receive a fax.
