Bubble Jet Paper LC-301

Developed for high quality printing with minimal or no smearing when in contact with water

or damp surfaces.This specially coated paper produces bright and vivid colors and stands up

to normal office highlighters.

•Load the paper with the whiter side facing up.

•Remove the sheets from the paper output tray before the count reaches 50.If the paper

Glossy Photo Paper GP-301/GP-301N

A high gloss,thick paper that produces the look and feel of a photograph.

•Remove each sheet after it is delivered,being careful not to touch any surfaces. Do not

allow the paper to stack up in the paper output tray.

Glossy Photo Cards FM-101

Made from the same stock as Glossy Photo Paper GP-301,these cards allow you to print

images over the entire area of the card.

Cannot install the software. Problems printing from your computer Cannot print at all. Cannot print to a shared printer. Printing stops in the middle. 12-4 Paper does not feed properly. Paper curls. You have followed the procedures above and the memory card is still not recognized. Cannot write to the memory card (write protect error displayed in Windows). Removable disk does not appear in Windows Explorer. Copying problems Cannot make a copy (the document or paper will not feed into the machine). Paper comes out but there is nothing copied on it. Copy quality is poor. 12-8 Problems scanning to a computer See below if you have problems scanning a document to your computer from the machine. Cannot scan a document. Computer has hung up or frozen. Chapter 12 Troubleshooting 12-9 The image you have scanned looks dirty. White margins appear around the scanned image. White lines appear on the left side of the image. Cannot scan multiple photographs correctly. Scanned image is displayed at a large (small) size on the computer screen. Problems receiving faxes See below if you are having problems receiving faxes on the machine. Cannot receive a fax,cannot print a fax. Chapter 12 Troubleshooting 12-11 Cannot receive faxes automatically. Machine does not switch automatically between voice and fax reception. Quality of received fax is poor. Cannot receive a fax in ECM mode. Repeated errors occur when you receive a fax. Problems sending faxes Cannot send a fax. Fax sent is dirty. You cannot send a fax in ECM mode.
