Fine Colour Tones and High Resolution

Scanning method employs proprietary Canon LIDE scanning technology in an ultrahigh-sensitivity CIS (contact image sensor). Reading 10 bits (1,024 colors) per red, green and blue (RGB) channel, the scanner offers 8-bit output that reproduces brilliant tones at high resolution.
