(Exit): Cancels movie editing and reverts to the screen in Step 2
Movies with an original length of 1 second or
more can be edited in 1 second units.
4Use the or button to select an image at the position
to be deleted, select (Play) with the or button,
and press the FUNC./SET button.
The temporarily edited movie will start playing.
zThe movie will stop if you press the FUNC./SET button while it is playing.
zRepeat Steps 3 and 4 to continue editing.
5Use the or button to select (Save) and press
the FUNC./SET button.
When you select (Exit) and select [OK] using the or button (or
you can select it by turning the multi control dial), the edited movie is not
saved and the camera reverts to the screen in Step 2.
6Use the , , or button to select [Overwrite] or
[New File] and press the FUNC./SET button.
zYou can select it by turning the multi control dial.
Overwrite: Saves the edited movie with its original name. The pre-edit
data is lost.
New File: Saves the edited movie under a new file name. The pre-edit
data is left unchanged.
Cancel: Reverts to the screen in Step 3 without saving.
When there is not enough space left on the memory card, only the overwrite
function is available. If this happens, S appears on the counter of the movie
editing bar.
