Condensation

Si vous transportez l’appareil d’un endroit froid dans un endroit chaud, de la condensation se forme dans le camescope. L’utilisation du camescope quand il y a condensation peut endommager la cassette et le camescope.

La condensation peut devenir un problème :

•Quand vous transportez le camescope d’un endroit froid dans un endroit chaud

•Quand une pièce froide est chauffée rapidement

•Quand le camescope reste dans une pièce humide

•Quand vous transportez le camescope d’une pièce climatisée dans un endroit chaud et humide.

Protection du camescope contre la condensation

•Avant d’apporter votre camescope dans un endroit chaud ou humide, où la condensation risque d’être un problème, retirez la cassette et mettez le camescope dans un sac en plastique. Attendez que le camescope soit à température ambiante avant de le retirer du sac.

Lorsque de la condensation est détectée

•“CONDENSATION HAS BEEN DETECTED” (“De la condensation a été détectée”) s’affiche pendant environ 4 secondes. Puis l’indicateur d’alimentation clignote et le repère h clignote dans le viseur. S’il y a une cassette dans la caméra, elle s’arrête automatiquement et “REMOVE THE CASSETTE” (“Retirez la

cassette”) s’affiche pendant environ 4 secondes et EJECT clignote dans le viseur (s’il n’y a pas de cassette, c’est v qui clignote).

•Le camescope peut ne pas détecter immédiatement la condensation, l’avertissement de condensation pouvant ne clignoter qu’après 10 ou 15 minutes.

•Quand la condensation est détectée, ne chargez pas de cassette.

Ce que vous devez faire

•Retirez la cassette, laissez son logement ouvert, puis mettez le camescope hors tension.

•Laissez le camescope dans un endroit sec jusqu’à évaporation totale de la condensation. Quand l’avertissement de condensation cesse de clignoter, attendez encore une heure, au moins, avant d’utiliser le camescope.
