Utilisation de la commande DV

Si vous raccordez un appareil, par exemple un second magnétoscope ou un autre appareil d’enregistrement vidéo, au XL1S avec un câble DV, vous pouvez commander le déclenchement de l’enregistrement/pause d’enregistrement de l’appareil en question avec la touche de marche/arrêt du XL1S.

1.Ouvrez le menu de la caméra et sélectionnez SYSTEM.

2.Sélectionnez DV CONTROL, puis sélectionnez le réglage ON.

3.Refermez le menu.

A. Lorsque la caméra est en mode de pause d’enregistrement :

Appuyez sur la touche start/stop pour commencer l’enregistrement à la fois sur le XL1S et sur l’appareil raccordé.

B. Lorsque la caméra est en train d’enregistrer :

Appuyez sur la touche start/stop pour mettre à la fois le XL1S et l’appareil raccordé en mode de pause d’enregistrement.

C. Lorsque la caméra n’enregistre pas (pas de cassette chargée, etc.) :

Appuyez sur la touche start/stop pour mettre l’appareil raccordé en mode d’enregistrement et en mode de pause d’enregistrement de façon répétée.

D. Si vous mettez une cassette lorsque l’appareil raccordé est en mode d’enregistrement :

Le XL1S passe tout d’abord en mode de pause d’enregistrement.

Appuyez sur la touche start/stop pour commencer l’enregistrement sur le XL1S et pour poursuivre l’enregistrement sur l’appareil raccordé. Si vous appuyez une nouvelle fois sur la touche start/stop, le XL1S et l’appareil raccordé se mettent tous deux en mode de pause d’enregistrement (comme pour B ci-dessus).

Si l’appareil raccordé est en train d’effectuer un enregistrement, [REC] apparaît dans le viseur, et s’il est arrêté [STOP] s’affiche. Si l’appareil n’est ni en mode d’enregistrement, ni en mode de pause d’enregistrement ni en mode d’arrêt, [– – –] s’affiche, et si l’appareil “à commande DV” n’est pas raccordé, [DV IF] s’affiche (DV IF clignote).

Remarques :

•Si le XL1S et l’appareil raccordé sont tous deux en train d’enregistrer mais que le XL1S cesse brusquement d’enregistrer (fin de la bande), l’appareil continue à enregistrer.

•Si vous utilisez 2 XL1S pour la commande DV, pensez bien à désactiver DV CONTROL pour “l’appareil raccordé”.

•Pour la commande DV, vous pouvez raccorder un maximum de 2 appareils vidéo (en tout).

•Certains appareils peuvent ne pas fonctionner correctement.

•Le réglage de la commande DV reste mémorisé lorsque vous mettez l’appareil hors tension (par la pile de sauvegarde) ; vérifiez bien le réglage après une commande DV car la bande de l’appareil raccordé risquerait de s’effacer.

•La longueur maximum de câble est de 4,5 m.
