Phone does not ring

Note that there might be a slight operational delay if you unplug and reconnect the phone. Reset or power cycle the phone with your System Administrator's assistance. Contact your System Administrator if the above steps do not produce the desired result.

Use the Up/Down Volume keys to set your ringer volume to a higher level. From another phone, place a call to your extension to test this suggested solution.
