TAPI 2.1 and JTAPI 1.2 Service ProvidersThe Microsoft Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) and Java
Telephony API (JTAPI) service providers enable development of sophisticated,
converged multimedia applications. These APIs support the following Cisco
applications in this release:
•Cisco IP SoftPhone
•Cisco IP Contact Center
•Cisco IPInteractive Voice Response System
•Cisco IPAuto Attendant
•E-Services Application Engine
In addition, third-party software vendors may develop applications using these
APIs. This release does not support Service Providers Interface redundancy.
