•n specifies the printing position inside the number of figures for printing.
n = 0 Printing will be carried out from the right end. When the value has less than the specified number of figures, the empty places will become spaces.
n = 1 Printing will be carried out from the right end. When the value has less than the specified number of figures. the empty places will become 0.
n = 2 Printing will be carried out from the left end. Spaces will be added to the right side of the value in order to make up the specified number of figures.
