Corinex ADSL2+ Wireless Gateway G
E.1 For Windows 95, 98, and ME:
1. Click Start and Run. In the Open field, enter winipcfg, as shown on the
following picture. Then press the Enter key or the OK button.
2. When the IP Configuration window appears, select the Wireless, Ethernet
adapter or USB network adapter you are using to connect to the Corinex ADSL2+
Wireless Gateway G via Ethernet, Wireless or USB.
3. Write down the Adapter Address as shown on your computer screen. This is the
MAC address for your Wireless, Ethernet adapter or USB network adapter and
will be shown as a series of numbers and letters. The MAC address/Adapter
Address is what you will use for MAC Address Cloning or MAC Address
Filtering.
This example shows the IP address of your Wireless adapter as 10.101.2.38. Your
computer may show something different.
E.2 For Windows NT, 2000, and XP:
The following steps show an alternative way of obtaining the MAC and IP address
for your Wireless or Ethernet adapter.
1. Click Start and Run. In the Open field, enter cmd. Press Enter key or click the
OK button.
