Daily Checklist for your NEUTON Mower
To help maintain your NEUTON Mower for optimum perfor mance, we recommend
you follow this checklist each time you use your mac hine.
[ ] Be sure the batter y is fully recharged before each use.
[ ] Before inserting the safety key, inspect the mower blade and clean it to r emove
any materials (such as grass or twigs) tha t might be clinging to the blade from its
last use. For the best perfor mance and the longest life of the blade , it is best to
clean the blade of any clinging materials after each use. Always follow all safety
precautions when c leaning the blade.
[ ] If you notice anything unusual, such as a vibr ation or odd sound, shut the mower
down immediatel y. Remove the saf ety key and, follo wing all safety procedures,
inspect the mower blade and underside of the mower for any obstr uctions.
If you cannot find the cause of the problem or are uncer tain what to do, then have
it inspected by a qualified shop before using it or call the Country Home Products
toll-free Technical Support Department at 1-(866)-NEUTON1 (638-8661).
[ ] If you are uncertain whether the g rass you want to cut is too long or thick for
optimal cutting, then raise the blade height and mow the yar d in multiple passes,
cutting it slightly shorter each time. It is best to mow more frequently, rather than
let the grass become e xcessively long. For the b est results, see “Mowing and Lawn
Care Tips” in Chapter 4.
We hope you will enjoy many years of satisfied use with your NEUTON Mower.
