InitializingFlashMemory(Formatting)
You can format iAUDIO as you do a hard disk. However, you should take special care when you format it since all the data in the memory will be deleted.
1. From the JetShell menu, click [File]
2.When the ‘Format’ window appears, select ‘FAT’. If you select ‘FAT32’ and format, iAUDIO is recognized as just USB storage media and will not function normally as an MP3 Player.
Therefore, be sure to format as ‘FAT’ only.
