Starting Engine

NOTE:Awarmenginemaynotrequirechoking,

2, Movethrottlecontrolleverto FAST(rabbit)position,SeeFigure5,

3, Graspstarterhandleandpullropeout slowlyuntilenginereaches startof compressioncycle(ropewill pullslightly harderat this point),

NOTE:A "clanking"noisemaybeheardwhenpullingthe starter rope, it is completelynormalanddoes NOTindicatea malfunctionof am kind,

4, Pullropewitha rapid,continuous,full armstroke,Keepafirm grip onstarterhandle,Let roperewindslowly,

5, Repeatthe previousstepsuntilenginestarts,Whenenginestarts, movechokecontrolgraduallyto RUNpositionuntilthe engineis runningsmoothly,
