Cucumber Mint Cooler

Use garden-fresh cucumbers for this warm weather cooler.

Makes about 12 ounces

1kiwi, peeled

1cup grapes

½ lime, peeled

½ medium cucumber

1cup packed mint leaves

11-inch piece piece of ginger

1.Turn the Cuisinart® Compact Juice Extractor on and juice ingredients in the order listed.

2.Stir juice and serve immediately.
