Antes de limpiar o reparar esta unidad, se recomienda desconectar la unidad del tomacorriente.

1.No utilice gasolina, bencina, solvente o ningún otro producto químico para limpiar esta unidad, ya que esas substancias pueden dañar su terminación y deformar partes plásticas.

2.Nunca intente limpiar la unidad vertiendo agua directamente sobre cualquiera de sus partes, ya que esto causaría el deterioro de componentes eléctricos y del aislamiento de los cables.

Remoción y Limpieza del Filtro de Aire

Si el filtro de aire se tapa con tierra/suciedad, se limita el flujo de aire y se reduce la eficiencia de refrigeración. Se debe limpiar el filtro de aire cada dos (2) semanas. Puede necesitar más limpieza dependiendo de la calidad del aire interior. NOTA: El filtro de aire está ubicado en la parte de atrás (arriba) de la unidad.

1)Para sacar el filtro de aire: Tire del filtro de aire hacia arriba en el sentido de la flecha.

2)Se puede remover la tierra/basura del filtro con una aspiradora. El filtro también se puede lavar con agua tibia enjabonada y fregándolo suavemente con un cepillo. Se recomienda un detergente suave (lavavajillas).

5)Enjuague bien el filtro con agua limpia. Deje que se seque antes de instalarlo nuevamente en la unidad.

6)Vuelva a colocar el filtro de aire.

7)Puede obtener filtros de repuesto a través del Departamento de Partes para Clientes.
