HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE

Is the circuit breaker tripped or the fuse blown?

Is there a power outage in the area?

See Troubleshooting on page 19.

IF THE COOKTOP BURNERS DO NOT LIGHT

Is the two piece burner assembled correctly? (See page 15, Fig. 09)

Is the burner head assembly aligned correctly? (See page 15, Fig. 09)

Is the manual shut-off valve open? This is usually located where the gas comes out of the wall.
