Reconnaître un code d’erreur

Dès qu’une erreur survient, le DishDrawer® émet un bip sonore chaque seconde, de façon continue.

Le code d’erreur sera affiché à l’intérieur du panneau de commande.

Le tableau suivant décrit chaque code d’erreur.

Comment réagir à un code d’erreur

1Appuyer sur le bouton pour supprimer le code d’erreur.

2Si cela ne fonctionne pas, et que des bips continuent de se faire entendre, couper l’alimentation électrique du DishDrawer®.

3Il est recommandé de consulter le graphique suivant et de corriger l’erreur s’il y a lieu.

4Après avoir procédé aux actions indiquées, brancher l’alimentation électrique du DishDrawer®.

5 Si le code d’erreur et les bips continus reprennent, couper l’alimentation en eau et en électricité du DishDrawer®.

6 Durant l’appel au centre de service autorisé, aviser le personnel du code d’erreur affiché sur le DishDrawer®. Cette information aidera le centre de service autorisé à répondre à votre demande.
