1Load the cartridge.

Set the presettings according to the purpose.

NOTE: Steps 1 and 2 can also be performed in the reverse order.

Set the recording pause mode. Press the REC button.

For a disc on which 3 tracks are already recorded.

The disc’s total number of tracks and playing time are displayed.

NOTE: If the REC button is pressed in the stop mode, the recording monitor mode is set. (Only the REC button lights.)

Start recording.

Press the PLAY/PAUSE button.

To change the track number during recording:

Press the REC button.

To pause recording:

Press the PLAY/PAUSE button.

To resume recording, press the PLAY/PAUSE button again. The track number is incremented and recording resumes.
