Changing the Preset Settings

Procedure

1.Press the Changing the Preset Settings button !3to put the CD player in the stopped mode.

2.Press the PRESET button !0.

The Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background/ENTER button !7light.

3.An item that can be set as a preset appears on the display

. (Refer to the Preset menu table for a list of these items.)

4.Press the PRESET button !0in order to scroll through the preset items.

Tip:

It is also possible to scroll through the items by pressing the INDEX+ button @4or the INDEX–button @1.

5.Use the Manual backgroundManual background button !2or the Manual backgroundManual background button !4to change the setting of the displayed preset. At this point, the Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background/ENTER button !7changes from being steadily lit to flashing.

6.Press the Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background/ENTER button !7to confirm the selection. At this point, the Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background/ENTER button !7changes from being flashing to steadily lit.

Press the CUE/CLEAR button !5to cancel a setting before it is confirmed.
