Removing Burner
1. | Shut off gas supply to |
| heater. |
2. | Remove lower front |
| access panel on heater. |
3. | Disconnect burner tube |
| from orifice holder (see |
| Figure 24). |
4. | Remove orifice holder |
| from burner (see Figure |
| 24). |
5. | Remove pilot burner |
| bracket nuts and remove |
| pilot assembly (see Figure |
| 24). |
6. | Move burner to the right |
| for clearance. Rotate |
| burner 90° and remove |
| burner through lower front |

7. To reinstall, reverse above |
steps. Turn on gas to |
heater and check for gas |
leaks. Apply a mixture of |
liquid soap and water to |
all joints. Bubbles form- |
ing show a leak. Correct |
all leaks at once. |
8. Replace lower front |
access panel. |
