DirecTV D11 What is Excluded?

All products, including replacement products, a re covered only for the original warranty period. When the warranty on
the original product expires, the warranty on the replacement product also expires. A fter ninety (90) days from the date of
purchase, you pay for the replacement of all parts , and for all labor charges.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WAR RANTY L ASTS, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
What is Excluded?
Your warranty does NOT cover:
4 Labor charges for insta llation or setup of the product.
4 Installation, performance of, or repair of: audio/video cabling , telephone line, or accessory attac hments used with the
product.
4 Product replacement because of misuse, accident, lightning damage , unauthorized repair, or other cause not with in the
control of DIRECTV.
4 Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the product. SOME STATES D O NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIA L DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE E XCLUSION MAY
NOT APPLY TO YOU.
4 Any modifi cations or other changes to the product, including but not limited to software or hardwa re modifi cation
in any way other than as expressly aut horized by DIRECTV wi ll void this limited warranty. Except in the case of
