4 Troubleshooting
4.1Before sending in the appliance
Before contacting your authorised Royal dealer, Royal service partner or appliance market. check if you can solve the problem yourself by following the instructions in the table below.
WARNING:
Danger of injury! Never use a defective appliance. Before starting troubleshooting, switch off the appliance and pull out the mains plug, chapter 2.4, „Switching off“.
