4 Troubleshooting

4.1Before sending in the appliance

Before contacting your authorised Royal dealer, Royal service partner or appliance market. check if you can solve the problem yourself by following the instructions in the table below.

WARNING:

Danger of injury! Never use a defective appliance. Before starting troubleshooting, switch off the appliance and pull out the mains plug, chapter 2.4, „Switching off“.

4.4Disposal

Dispose of the appliance in compli-

ance with the environmental protec- tion laws of your country. Electrical waste may not be disposed of to-

gether with domestic waste.

Use local old-appliance collection points in- stead. The filters and dust filter bags are made from environment-friendly materials. You can dispose of the filters in normal domestic waste. The same is true of the dust filter bag, providing it does not contain substances not permitted in domestic waste.

4.5Warranty

The minimum warranty standard is the respec- tive implementation of EU Directive 1999/44/ EC in national law providing you acquired the appliance as a consumer within the European Union.
