Drying
For drying, use the Defrost/Dry à oven function.
Defrosting ovenware
Use the shelf or baking tray, spread with grease-proof or baking pa-
per.
Oven levels
You can dry food on 2 oven levels at the same time.
Place the shelf or baking tray on the 1st and 4th levels from the
bottom.
How to use the Drying Table
Distribute the food evenly over the shelf or baking tray.
At half way through the time, turn the food.
Take the food out when no more juice is coming out, and while it is
still bendable.
