Application

For grilling flat foodstuffs placed in the middle of the grill and for toasting

Suitable for heating and keeping the food warm.

Application

Using this function you can light up the oven interior, e.g. for cleaning.

This form of cooking gives you the opportunity to cook without the fan in operation. It is particularly suitable for dishes, which require extra base browning such as pies, quiches and flans. Gratin's, lasagne and hot pots which require extra top brown- ing also cook well in the conventional oven. For best results cook on one level.

The fan function is particularly suitable for cooking larger quan- tities of food. Set the oven temperatures 20-40 °C lower than when using Conventional.

For baking cakes with crispy or crusty bases.

For defrosting e. g. flans and gateaux, butter, bread, fruit or other frozen foods.

For roasting larger joints of meat or poultry on one level. The function is also suitable for gratinating and browning.

For grilling flat foodstuffs in large quantities and for toasting.

For grilling flat foodstuffs placed in the middle of the grill and for toasting.

For baking on one oven level dishes that require more intensive browning and a crispy base. Set the oven temperatures 20-40 °C lower than when using Conventional.
