Drying
Oven function: Defrost/Drying
Use with trays covered with greaseproof paper or baking parchment.
You will get a better result if you turn the oven off after half the dry-
ing time, open the door and preferably leave the oven to cool down
overnight.
After this finish drying the food to be dried.
