8. MALFUNCTION
Fryer does not heat up. The STB limiter has
tripped.
Defective thermostat.
The oil temperature
has exceeded 445°F
(230°C).
The capillary tube sen-
sor is damaged.
The heating is opera-
ting in the trough wit-
hout oil.
Oil level is too low.
- Contact the nearest
service station by tele-
phone.
- Inform After-sales ser-
vice.
- Inform After-sales ser-

- Pour in oil.

Fryer overheats; the oil
smokes. Oil level too low. - Fill with oil up to the
max. mark.
