It is very important to backup (save) your data on a regular basis. This chapter will review the different types of backup media
availableon your ELMO DVR Remote software.

Backupdata: This type of backup is done on a Hard Drive or CD-R Drive and is saved when a remote backup is done.
RemovalHDD Drive Data: This backup is from a Hard Drive that was removed from a DVR and connected to a remote server with
theremote software.
ServerCurrent Screen: If configured on the Setup Configuration page, backups are done automatically when cameras are viewed
onthe main screen.
Server Search Data: This backup is performed when a server is searched remotely and recorded videos are played back from
selectedcameras.

Whileconnected to a remote server, ELMO DVR Remote can be configured to backup cameras that are being viewed or cameras
thatwere played from a recent search.
