Colocar las pilas

a.Retire la tapadera de la cámara para pilas.

b.Cuando introduzca las pilas procure respetar la polaridad indicada. (Figura 4)

c.En tres segundos se activarán en la pantalla todos los segmentos de cristal líquido.

d.Indicaciones: Mes 1, Fecha 1, Hora 12, Minutos 0.

Pasos para medir la tensión:

a.Ajuste la banda alrededor de la muñeca (véase apartado “Ajustar la banda alrededor de la muñeca”, como indica la figura 5 ).

b.Siéntese en una silla y adopte una postura correcta (véase apartado “Postura correcta”, como indica la figura 6).

c.Pulse el botón START/STOP. Durante unos 3 segundos en la pantalla aparecerá el número “888”. El símbolo de medición de la tensión parpadeará en la pantalla y la presión del aire aumentará automáticamente hasta 195 mmHg. Si tiene tendencia a una tensión alta, la presión del aire aumentará automáticamente para efectuar la medición al nivel necesario. *No se mueva ni hable durante la medición de la tensión.

d.Tras haber aumentado la presión del aire, éste es expulsado lentamente. Durante la exploración del número de pulsaciones empezará a parpadear el símbolo HERZSCHLAG.

e.Después de haber medido la tensión aparecerán en la pantalla las cifras sistólicas, diasistólicas y las pulsaciones por minuto y a continuación desaparecerán automáticamente.
