Para obter valores de medição o mais exactos possível, a pulseira deve ser colocada obrigatoriamente ao mesmo nível do coração. Se a pulseira se encontrar mais acima ou mais abaixo do que o coração, daí resultarão desvios dos valores correctos de medição.

Medir a tensão arterial sentado:

• Apoie os cotovelos na superfície de uma mesa ou sobre outra superfície (como, por exemplo, a bolsa de transporte).

• Coloque o braço sobre o braço da cadeira de modo a que a pulseira
