INSTALACIÓN DEL SURTIDOR

A

Quite el tubo surtidor de agua

aflojando el tornillo de ajuste en el

 

porta-tubo surtidor,

 

aproximadamente 2 vueltas

 

completas y tire del tubo surtidor.

Monte la unidad a través del orificio de 1 3/8" de diámetro (35 mm) en el fregadero. Asegúrese de que la palanca de válvula esté en la posición vertical y pase el extremo del tubo surtidor de agua a través del orificio de montaje del fregadero.

El surtidor debe montarse sólo en

posición recta (vertical).

Mientras sujeta el surtidor en su sitio con el tubo surtidor retirado, deslice el empaque de hule y la tuerca de montaje sobre la palanca de válvula y apriete con la mano la tuerca sobre el cilindro roscado.

El tubo surtidor y el porta-tubo correspondiente no deben quedar flojos después del montaje.

Apriete primero la tuerca de montaje y después

apriete la tuerca de mariposa con firmeza.

Alinee el tubo surtidor de agua de modo que el agua corra hacia el fregadero y asegure el surtidor apretando la tuerca de mariposa desde la parte inferior del fregadero.

Lesiones personales: No apretar el tornillo de ajuste hace que el tubo surtidor de agua se salga con facilidad. Usar la unidad sin el tubo surtidor de agua podría causar lesiones originadas por la aspersión de agua caliente.

Vuelva a montar el tubo surtidor de agua asegurando el sello de goma en su sitio en la acanaladura interna del tubo surtidor, antes de volver a insertarlo en la salida del tanque.

Si no está el sello de hule en el tubo surtidor de agua, verifique el interior de la salida del tanque. Quite e instale el sello conforme el diagrama.

Empuje el tubo surtidor de agua dentro del surtidor hasta el tope y apriete el tornillo de ajuste.
