Daño a la propiedad: Asegúrese que los dobleces en la

tubería sean tenues y no haya retorcidos. No use

 

selladores tipo pasta en las conexiones de la línea de

 

agua. Apriete las conexiones de compresión

TuercaFérula

Cuando conecte una válvula o un conector en T de tipo compresión, quite la tuerca y la férula (pieza redonda de bronce) del conector. Después, coloque la tuerca seguida de la férula sobre el extremo del tubo que proviene del surtidor.

Empuje el extremo del tubo hasta el tope en el conector en T o en la válvula. Sujete el extremo del tubo y empuje la férula hasta el tope.

Después, apriete la tuerca sobre la férula con los dedos. Asegúrese de que el extremo del tubo ingrese recto en el orificio. Después apriete la tuerca con firmeza con una llave de 1/2".
