packets.Thestringcancontainfrom1to16uppercaseandlowercase

start‐time Specifiesthetimeofdaytheauthenticationkeywillbegintobevalidto
bereceived.Validinputishours:minutes:seconds(hh:mm:ss)
month Specifiesthemonththeauthenticationkeywillbegintobevalidtobe
received.Validinputisthefirstthreelettersofthemonth.
date Specifiesthedayofthemonththeauthenticationkeywillbegintobe
validtobereceived.Validvalues,dependingonthelengthofthe
month,are1‐31.
