The ejected paper is wrinkled.

The paper is too thin or is damp. Make sure that the paper you are using meets the specifications. See “Technical Specifications” in the Appendix. Do not store your paper in a damp or humid environment.

The paper does not fully eject.

Use the LOAD/EJECT button to eject the page.

The paper may be too long to be loaded from the manual feed slot. Use paper that is within the specified size. See “Technical Specifications” in the Appendix.

Paper is loaded crookedly from the manual feed slot.

Use the LOAD/EJECT button to eject the page. Then insert a new sheet straight into the manual feed slot.

The paper is jammed inside the printer.

To clear a paper jam follow the steps below.

1.Open the printer cover and the paper feeder cover.

2.Pull the access panel away from the rear of the printer, as shown below.
