Transporting the Printer
If you need to transport or ship the printer, first remove the imaging cartridge and place it in a sealable plastic bag.
If you installed any lower paper cassettes, lift the printer off the cassettes.
Caution:
c Be sure to seal the cartridge in the bag to make sure the toner does not spill on the printer or your clothing.
Then pack the printer, cartridge, and cassettes in their original packing materials, or the equivalent.
