Jam LC4 or LC5 (LC4 and LC5 are both part of an option)
This message indicates that there may be a paper jam in optional
lower paper cassette 4 or 5.
1. Pull out the indicated cassette (lower paper cassette 4 or 5).
2. Remove any wrinkled or folded sheets.
3. Tap the edges of the paper stack on a flat surface. Then reload
the paper in the lower cassette, making s ure i t is evenly
aligned and rests below the maximum paper mark.
Make sure you are using the c orrect paper size and that your
paper meets the specifications for this printer.
If you do not find any jammed paper, rein st all the tray into
the cassette.
