6. Pull out lower cassette 5 and remove the protective materials

inside. Be sure to open the inside cover and remove the

protective insert.

7. Plug the cable from the Large Capacity P aper Unit into the

appropriate connector at the back of the printer.

8. Reconnect any interface cables you removed.

9. Make sure the printer is turned off. Plug i ts power cord into

an electrical outlet.

10. Turn on the printer.
