Installing the Face-up Tray (with the Duplex Unit installed)
Follow the instructions below if you will install both the Face-up
Tray and the optional Duplex Unit.
Before installing
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Unplug the printer’s power cord from th e electrical outlet.
3. Remove all interface cables from th e interface connectors.
4. Unpack the Face-up Tray and remove all prot ective materials.
Make sure the contents of th e package match the items on the
included sheet.
Installing
1. Push the plate on the optional Duplex Unit in six locations to
detach it. Then remove the plate.
