Operating the Control Panel

6 Each of the three buttons on the FX-286 control panel (see Figure 1-17) has two functions-the functions marked on the blue panels (ON LINE, NLQ, and DRAFT) are active when the printer is on line; the functions marked on the yellow panels (OFF LINE, FORM FEED, and LINE FEED) are active when the printer is off line.
