Plugging in the Scanner
wWarning:
The operating voltage of the scanner should match exactly to the
voltage rating of the power source you intend to use. Make sure
that both voltage ratings are equal by checking the label on the
back of the scanner. If the label does not show th e voltage rating,
contact your dealer. Do not plug in the power cord unless you
know the voltages are equal.
1. Make sure the scanner is turned off. I f t he scanner is turned
on, press the OPERATE button to turn the scanner off. The
OPERATE button is a toggle switch and when it is raised, the
scanner is off. When the OPERATE button is depressed, the
scanner is on.
