information indicated below:
Serial number of your scanner.
(The serial number is printed on a label on the back of the scanner.)
Brand and model of your computer.
Scanner software version.
(Click the About button on the Help menu in your application for the
version number.)
Version of Windows (95, 98, NT 3.51, 4.0).
Names and version numbers of software application(s) you normally
use with your scanner.
