●“Problems with the Image or Sound” on page 123 describes what to do if you cannot project an image, if the screen image is not good, or if there is no sound.
If you have a problem, check the appropriate section and follow all suggestions that apply to your problem. If none of the suggestions solve the problem, call your dealer or contact EPSON as described on page 8.
Using the Online Help Menu
The online Help menu provides useful information that can resolve some common image or sound problems. To open the online Help menu, press the Help button on the control panel or the remote control. Help for the following problems is available:

The image does not appear on the screen The image is not in focus
The image is blurred
The image is not displayed fully on the screen The colors of the image are not corrected The image is too dark
There is no sound
In some of the submenus above, actual projector adjustments can be performed within the Help menu to correct the particular problem.
