2.9.3Software Update
New Ericsson W20 software versions can be either automatically or manually installed.
Automatic Software Installation
Automatic software update is supported through remote management. Your service provider regularly updates the Ericsson W20 with the most recent software version. To enable automatic software update, select the Enable automatic software update check box and choose an appropriate interval from the Update poll interval [days] list. Click Apply 
to save the settings.
Installing new Software from File
If your service provider provides a new software version for your Ericsson W20, you are recommended to upgrade the Ericsson W20.
To check for new software versions, click Check 
in the Software Update section on the System page. The following page is displayed:

Click For a description of the update please follow this link to get information about the software version or click Yes 
to install the new version. If you click Yes 
the update is initiated and the following page is displayed:
