Troubleshooting

Before calling for assistance please check the chart below for problems you can fix. It could save you the cost of a service call.

Dishwasher problems

PROBLEM	CHECK THE FOLLOWING
Dishwasher does	Is the door tightly closed and securely latched?
not run or stops	Has the cycle been set correctly? See the “Using Your Dishwasher”

	Has a household fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped?
	If the motor stopped because of an overload, it will automatically
	reset itself within a few minutes. If it does not start, call for service.
	Is the water supply turned on?
Dishwasher	Is the overfill protector stuck in “up” position? Overfill protector

Water remains	Allow cycle to finish. A small amount of water remaining is normal.
