24.After the system has restarted, you can access the Manager and re-create your users and shared folders.

3.13 Logging Out

When you have finished using the Manager, it is recommended that you log out to ensure that unauthorized individuals do not make changes to the storage system.

To log out:

1.Clicking on the “Log Out” button in the menu.

2.When the confirmation message appears, click “OK”. The Log Out page appears.

3.To log back in to the Manager later, click “Log In”.

3.14 Shutting Down

Clicking on the “Advanced” button in the menu, then clicking “Shut Down” on the left menu will open the Shut Down page (Figure 3-29) which allows you to shut down the unit from the web interface. To ensure that you don’t shut down the system accidentally, you must enter your administrator password to shut down the device.
