EH1721 SERIES ELECTRIC FRYERS

CHAPTER 4: BUILT-IN FILTRATION

4.3.2 Filter Operation (cont.)

11.Three-battery and larger systems may come equipped with an optional drain flush. After filtering frypot #3 (farthest from the filter) for 5 minutes, close the oil return valve to stop the filtering process. Do not refill the frypot. Close the drain valve (red handle) on the frypot being filtered. Ensure all other valves (red and yellow handles) are closed. Pull the blue handle to open the flush valve. After the drain line is clear of sediment (approximately 2 minutes), push the blue handle to close flush valve. Open the oil-return valve (yellow handle) to refill the frypot.

DANGER

The crumb tray in fryers equipped with a filter system must be emptied into a fireproof container at the end of frying operations each day. Some food particles can spontaneously combust if left soaking in certain shortening material.

WARNING

Do not bang fry baskets or other utensils on the fryer’s joiner strip. The strip is present to seal the joint between the frypots. Banging fry baskets on the strip to dislodge shortening will distort the strip, adversely affecting its fit. It is designed for a tight fit and should only be removed for cleaning.

The BIH1721 model incorporates an impressive oil filtration system that not only extends the life of the cooking oil but also enhances food quality. This built-in filtration system processes oil while the fryer is in use, ensuring that food particles and impurities are continuously removed, leading to cleaner frying results and improved taste.

In addition to these features, another advantage of the FPH1721 and BIH1721 models is their user-friendly digital control system. This intuitive interface allows operators to easily set and monitor cooking times, temperatures, and oil usage, making it simple to achieve consistent results without extensive training. The programmable feature also allows users to save specific cooking profiles, further enhancing efficiency and productivity in the kitchen.

Both fryers are constructed using high-quality materials to endure the demands of high-volume frying operations. The stainless steel exterior not only ensures durability but also simplifies cleaning. The fryers are designed with safety in mind, featuring protected heating elements and front-mounted oil drains that allow for safe and easy maintenance.

Overall, the Frymaster FPH1721 and BIH1721 models represent a blend of advanced technology and practical features. Their efficient operation, innovative filtration system, and user-friendly controls make them essential kitchen equipment for restaurants and businesses looking to deliver high-quality fried foods.
