1.Nachdem die Fritiermaschine an der Fritierstation aufgestellt wurde, eine Wasserwaage oben auf die Fritierwanne auflegen und prüfen, ob die Fritiermaschine von vorne nach hinten und links nach rechts nivelliert ist.

Zum Nivellieren der Fritiermaschinen die Standbeine so einstellen, dass die Fritiermaschine(n) in der Fritierstation die richtige Höhe haben.

GEFAHR

Heißes Öl kann schwere Verbrennungen verursachen. Kontakt vermeiden. Das Öl muss unter allen Umständen aus der Fritiermaschine entfernt werden, bevor diese bewegt wird, um Verschütten von Öl und die damit verbundenen Unfälle und schweren Verbrennungen zu vermeiden. Fritiermaschinen können umkippen und Verletzungen verursachen, wenn sie nicht stationär gesichert werden.

2.Das bzw. die Ablassventile schließen und die Fritierwanne mit Wasser bis zur unteren Ölstandsfüllinie füllen.

3.Die Fritierwanne(n) unter Einhaltung der Anweisungen in Abschnitt 5.1.3 dieses Handbuchs auskochen.

4.Die Fritierwanne(n) ablassen, reinigen und mit Fritieröl füllen. (Siehe Vorbereitung und Abschaltverfahren für die Geräte in Kapitel 3.)
